By creating an account or using YTData in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
YTData provides a tool for extracting and analysing publicly available data from YouTube channels. The service is provided on a subscription basis with a free tier and paid plans.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not share your account with others or create accounts for the purpose of circumventing plan limits. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
You agree to use YTData only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to collect data for harassment, spam, or any illegal activity. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate the YTData platform itself. You may not resell access to the service without written permission.
YTData extracts only publicly available data from YouTube. You are responsible for ensuring your use of extracted data complies with YouTube's Terms of Service and applicable laws. YTData makes no warranties about the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of extracted data.
Paid plans are billed monthly. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Your subscription continues until cancelled. Downgrading to the free plan takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, attempt to abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
YTData is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. Extracted data accuracy depends on what YouTube makes publicly available, and we cannot guarantee it is always complete or up to date.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YTData shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
