Everything you need to know about YTData.
YTData is a YouTube channel intelligence tool. Paste in any public YouTube channel URL and we extract a full data report — subscribers, views, every video's stats, bio links, emails, top hashtags, and more.
For any public channel we pull: channel name, ID, URL, subscriber count, total views, video count, join date, oldest upload, channel bio links, email addresses, per-video views/likes/comments/duration, top hashtags and tags, language, categories, and channel avatar. All data is exportable as a spreadsheet, CSV, or JSON.
No. YTData can only extract data from fully public YouTube channels — the same information any viewer can see on YouTube.
Small channels (under 100 videos): typically 30–60 seconds. Large channels (500+ videos): anywhere from 3–10 minutes. A live progress indicator keeps you updated the whole time.
Very accurate. We fetch data directly from YouTube for every video on the channel, so view counts, likes, and comments reflect real figures rather than estimates or samples.
Yes. Every result page lets you export a spreadsheet (opens in Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets), a CSV file, or a full JSON dump of all extracted data.
No. YTData handles everything on our end — no accounts, API keys, or setup required on your side.
Free accounts get 1 extraction to try the full product. Pro ($15/month) and Agency ($45/month) plans include unlimited extractions.
Yes. Cancel or downgrade at any time with no penalties or lock-in periods.
Extraction results are stored in your account so you can view them again from your dashboard. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Each time you submit a YouTube channel URL and we generate a full report, that counts as one extraction.
